  • ▢ 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • ▢ 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ▢ 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ▢ 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • ▢ pinch of sea salt

For the Banana

  • ▢ 1.5 frozen bananas , medium
  • ▢ 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • ▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ▢ 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ▢ 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

For the Chocolate

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Then, turn to high and process for 60 seconds or until smooth.

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
